To secure a production date, a non-refundable retainer may be required. Full payment is due upon final delivery of the media assets. Delivered media will contain a watermark until the final invoice is cleared.
Standard real estate photography is typically delivered within 24-48 hours. Automotive and commercial video edits require 3-5 business days depending on project scope.
Mx Market Media reserves the right to reschedule outdoor shoots (especially drone operations) in the event of rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions at no additional penalty to the client.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a commercial license to use the media for their marketing purposes. Mx Market Media retains the right to use the footage for portfolio and promotional use.
